DEPOSIT: All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card, regardless of the final form of payment. Those guests wanting to pay by any other medium must still use a valid credit card to secure the reservation.

PAYMENT: In order to secure a reservation and receive a conformation, a deposit of one half the amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made. The balance of the reservation will be charged to your credit card seven days prior to your arrival date. Additional incidental charges will be charged to your credit card prior to your departure.

CHANGE OR CANCELLATION: If you change or cancel a reservation eight days or more prior to your arrival date, you will receive a refund of your deposit, less a $50 processing fee. If less than eight days notice of a cancellation is given, the full amount of the reservation will be charged, one night's rate will be retained as a cancellation fee, and a credit will be issued for the balance of the reservation, for a future stay. Credits are valid for two years from the date of issue.
